Overview:The furnace design is a special equipment for the integration of aluminum alloy gas melting and heat preservation. The new heat exchange structure and combustion air are reused by the flue gas waste heat recovery preheating cycle, which saves energy by about 30% compared with the conventional integrated burner, and has the advantages of simple structure operation, high thermal efficiency, low burning rate and long service life. The split-combined regulated combustion system is adopted, and the temperature in the furnace is maintained within the set temperature range, which effectively controls the formation of oxides in the furnace and further reduces the oxidation loss.
